This specimen is a self of the famous Anthurium Fort Sherman, originally selected by Jay Vanini. The term self means it was produced through self-pollination. Its slender shape, red-backed leaf emergence, and sharp, well-defined veins make it truly stunning. (Mature size, currently in flowering stage.)
