  • A CLONE

It is a plant that has been duplicated by cuttings. The advantage of this method is that it allows the duplicated plant to have the same physical characteristics as the plant from which it came. So we have a preview of what it will look like. For this reason, clones are highly valued by collectors of rare Anthuriums. It also has the advantage of not necessarily going through the juvenile stage again.

  • A SELF

It is a plant that has been reproduced via the creation of a seed through the self-pollination of a mother plant. The physical characteristics obtained will be very close to those of the mother but will not be completely identical.

  • A HYBRID

A hybrid plant is obtained through pollination between two different varieties of plants. The genetics obtained can be varied since it can be close to that of the surrogate mother, the donor pollen plant or present a nice mix of the two.
