Refund policy
Plants and seeds (perishable items)
No returns will be accepted on our plants and seeds due to their perishable nature.
However, as an exception, if your plant has been damaged during transport, an exchange or refund may be considered under certain conditions:
- The claim must be made by email to the following address: contact@anthurarium.com, within 3 days of receiving your order.
- After this period, no claims will be accepted.
- Depending on the situation, an exchange or refund may be offered, and the return of the plant may be requested.
- Return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation.
- Our customer service team is committed to processing your request within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving your claim email.
Important
After your order has been confirmed, we will no longer be able to accept a cancellation.
We invite you to carefully review your selection before confirming your purchase.
Other items (non-perishable)
For all other items for which current legislation requires it, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are refundable.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Shipping
The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Order cancellation before shipment
For perishable items, such as plants or seeds, the withdrawal period does not apply.
Order cancellations for plants or seeds before shipment will therefore not be accepted.
